With December fast approaching, Brackley Round Table would like to offer local charities and community organisations the chance to raise some money.

If you are successful, you will spend an evening collecting with Father Christmas around the streets of Brackley and the surrounding villages. (Most collections make between £200 and £500.)

If you are interested in joining Santa for a collection slot, please complete the details below.

Before you apply, please note the following:
* Your organisation must be able to supply a minimum of 15 collectors all over the age of 18 (note anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1:1).
* All collectors must be able to walk at a brisk pace for over 2 hours.
* We meet at the designated start point by 18:15 on Monday to Friday, and at either 15:45 or 17:45 on Saturday and
Sunday.

The deadline to respond is Monday 1st November 2021.

Unlike previous years, we are not able to accommodate more than one group of collectors per evening and places are limited. We will try to accommodate as many organisations as we possibly can. Please note however that we cannot guarantee anyone a slot, nor can we guarantee any particular routes or any specific dates.
